The SHAPER GROUP, LLC engages in joint ventures
with credit partners to provide minimal down payment and financial backing for the following purposes:
- Investing in property management and real estate
- artist writers and book ventures,
- publishing, production, and manufacturing,
- selling of music, manuscripts, and products;
- provide sponsorship and funding for independent
authors, artists, entrepreneurs in the greater metropolitan Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland area markets in return for
significant share in profits as determined by mutual agreements.
The anticipation is that the SHAPER GROUP, LLC
will participate in approximately 20 plus or minus business investments for the next five years.
Investments made by the group are expected to reward
an average return on investment, however individual production results may vary widely depending on cost and sales.
